Information you provide
When you book a conversation, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, scheduling details, and brief answers to intake questions. Please avoid including medical records, passwords, financial account details, or other highly sensitive information in the intake form.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe through the scheduling provider. Talk to Mathieu does not directly store your full payment-card information.
How your information is used
Your information may be used to schedule and deliver your conversation, contact you about your booking, process payments or refunds, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and improve the service.
Analytics and advertising measurement
This website may use tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and advertising measurement tools to understand website visits, page interactions, and completed bookings. Private intake answers and the content of your conversation with Mathieu are not intentionally sent to analytics or advertising platforms.
Third-party services
Talk to Mathieu may use Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payments, and analytics or advertising providers for measurement. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and may process data in the United States or other countries.
Retention and security
Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including booking administration, customer support, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held directly by Talk to Mathieu, subject to any information that must be retained for legal or operational reasons. You may also use the privacy controls offered by the scheduling, payment, analytics, and advertising providers involved.
