These terms apply when you book a private conversation through Talk to Mathieu.

Nature of the service

Talk to Mathieu provides private, non-clinical conversations focused on personal development, ideas, decisions, relationships and communication, creativity, work, and life direction. The service is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session.

Your decisions remain yours

Mathieu may share questions, opinions, personal experiences, ideas, and suggestions. You remain responsible for evaluating what is discussed and for every decision or action you take. No particular personal, professional, financial, relationship, or other outcome is guaranteed.

Booking and payment

The standard private session is 60 minutes and costs $250 in U.S. dollars unless a different price is clearly shown at booking. Payment is required to confirm the booking and is processed through Stripe via the scheduling provider.

Risk-free guarantee

If you do not leave the completed conversation with at least one useful insight, idea, new possibility, or clearer next step, you may request a full refund within 24 hours after the scheduled session ends. No justification beyond the request is required. Refunds are returned through the original payment method.

Rescheduling and cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session and no-shows are not refundable. If Mathieu needs to cancel, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund.

Calls and confidentiality

The conversation is intended to be private. Sessions are not recorded by Talk to Mathieu unless you are informed in advance and explicitly agree. You are responsible for taking the call from a setting where you are comfortable speaking privately.

Emergencies

This service is not appropriate for emergencies or crisis situations. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional in your area.
